Ruth Astbury is a resilience & wellbeing coach who blends traditional health and wellness practices with therapeutic principles to help individuals uncover the root causes of their challenges and build sustainable wellbeing from the inside out. With over 25 years of experience as a corporate leader, including her role as Head of Digital in the Middle East, she understands the intense pressures of high-performance environments. Ruth is passionate about helping people thrive in both life and business, believing that effective stress management is the foundation of long-term health, happiness, and success. She lives what she teaches, embodying resilience through her love of endurance cycling and regularly completing Ironman challenges, especially in the French Alps.

Claire Dew is a resilience and wellbeing coach who supports individuals and teams to develop self-leadership through emotional intelligence and psychological flexibility, enhancing stress resilience without compromising health. Drawing from two decades of leadership experience in education and corporate environments, and inspired by her own journey through burnout, Claire passionately helps others cultivate lasting physical, mental, and emotional resilience. A UKIHCA-registered Integrative Health & Nutrition Coach, IAPC&M Accredited Practitioner Coach, Certified Mind Body Eating Coach, and Emotions Coaching Practitioner, Claire uniquely blends therapeutic modalities, evidence-based coaching, neuroscience, psychology, and holistic nutritional science into her integrative approach.
